Zdravá pitíčka – freshe a smoothie z Chiquita Fruit Baru miluju a pravidelně na ně chodím! Jsou totiž nejen vynikající, ale zároveň zdravé, dodají Vám vitamíny, energii a taky Vás zasytí!:)
Proto kdykoliv mám cestu kolem, do Chiquita Fruit Baru se stavím – hlavně na svůj oblíbený špenátový fresh. Na první pohled možná nevypadá moc vábně (je děsně „zelený“:) ale chutná skvěle! Navíc, špenát je plný vitamínů a minerálů a pro Vaše zdraví je skvělou volbou:)
V Chiquita Fruit Baru si ovšem kromě zelených smoothie můžete vybrat i z celé řady dalších, vynikajících nápojů – doporučím Vám třeba také „Flower power“ – obsahuje moje oblíbené kokosové mléko, ananas, meloun, mátu… a chutná fakt božsky:) Skvělý je i coby lehká svačina, protože dobře zasytí.
Pokud ovšem v nabídce nenajdete takovou kombinaci, která by Vás zaujala, vůbec není problém – vyrobí Vám tu jakýkolik drink dle Vašeho přání:) Přidat si do jakéhokoliv nápoje navíc můžete zdravá chia semínka, která jsou plná vitamínů a minerálů, nebo propolis, aloe vera, nebo guaranu.
Kromě nápojů tu mají další zdravé dobroty – ovocné kelímky, jogurty s ovocem, flapjacky, nebo musli tyčinky (ochutnejte kombinaci brokolice – kokos, i když se to nezdá, je vynikající):)
